George Balekji - Seton Hall Univeristy - B.A. in Television Broadcasting

I have had a passion for sports from the time I was a young man, and have grasped every opportunity around me to gain experience in the vast sports’ fields. This ambition has led me to become the Assistant Sports Director at 89.5FM WSOU, a Co-Producer of a Seton Hall sports debate show and most importantly during my most recent semesters, a Production Assistant at WestwoodOne and for The New York Football Giants entertainment department. I have worked the Super Bowl, the winter games in Sochi, the NFL and NBA drafts along will a full season for the Giants, from training camp all the way to the conclusion of their regular season.

I have developed a work ethic to not allow a day go by without enhancing my skillsets in the field of sports broadcasting. No matter where I am working, I constantly aim for my passion of becoming an on-camera talent for sports television. You get out what you put into this world, and I make sure to get as much out of it as I possibly can.
